OverviewThis position requires a highly motivated person to assist in the day to day execution of a(n) account(s). The Supervisor will be responsible for activating digital strategic plan development and all aspects of implementation. This individual will learn and embody Zenith’s vision of Live ROI as a mantra and manage several direct reports.
Responsibilities- Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital and print for clients in the Technology and Financial sectors
- Plays a leading role in all aspects of campaign management including vendor liaison and reporting
- Training/Support for Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and research
- Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients
- Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. magazine, digital mobile, social, video
- Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value
- Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations
- Manage Social/LinkedIn campaigns reaching financial advisors in institutional investors – analyze, optimize content performance and present recommendations to client
- Assist supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations
- Draw actionable insights based off syndicated data, Nielsen, Comscore, Strategy, TNS, adrelevance and Quantcast
- Build relationships with vendors to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan
- Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients
- Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: Medialets, Vindico, DFA
- Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines
- Conquer Magazine Positioning Reports
- Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation
Qualifications- B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 3-5 years of digital media buying/planning experience
- Experience planning digital campaigns for products in both the B2C and B2B space and ability to confidently present these to clients both on the phone and in-person
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
- Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
- Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
- Must possess/develop a strong understanding of the technology marketplace including awareness of key publishers, products and trends
- Experience with Prisma and DCM preferred
- Experience with Research tools such as Nielsen, Comscore preferred

Compensation Range: $66,000 - $90,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
