Job Description
Madewell is looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Associate who will play a pivotal role in the growth of the brand’s digital advertising programs, including but not limited to Paid Social, Paid Search, and Display. This person will work closely with internal partners across brand marketing, creative and ecommerce operations as well as external agency partners to ensure all projects are briefed, delivered, executed and measured to help drive the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a problem solver and a clear communicator. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Digital Marketing calendar and update as needed as it relates to promotions, marketing launches, key placements, etc. for Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic channels
- Lead paid media content briefs in close partnership with the Creative team as it relates to seasonal product launches, promotions and nimble content opportunities
- Oversee ad creative approvals, delivery, trafficking and QA via existing workflow to ensure assets are delivered on time to appropriate partners
- Help build out campaign presentations for key stakeholders with ability to compile information from various sources (internal, agency, platform partners) to recap performance and key takeaways
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on creative and tactical performance to identify opportunities to optimize future content deliverables
- Partner with cross-functionals, including Influencer, Site Merchandising, and Operations teams, on day-to-day support for paid media execution across social & search platforms
- Help facilitate testing new creative messaging, formats and ad units with Creative and agency teams
- Act as the key point of contact for advertising platform best practices and competitive landscaping
- Streamline existing workflow for efficiency, accuracy and relevancy
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in paid social, paid search or growth marketing
- Previous experience at an agency or at a retail DTC brand a plus
- Proficient in Excel (basic functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc)
- Comfortable using web analytics tools (ie. GA4)
- Proficient in digital advertising platforms (ie. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager) to support day to day optimizations and reporting
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized and skilled in time management
- Proven ability to proactively and autonomously manage projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and align to changing business needs

Salary Range
$64,200.00 - $77,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
