Job Summary
The Coordinator, Paid Media will support the Dr. Dennis Gross Ecommerce and CRM teams on driving sales, traffic, and engagement on the U.S. brand DTC website.
The role is strategic and responsible for supporting the launch, integrity, and maintenance of campaign and products assets as well as new functionality to successfully support new collections, support digital sales goals and CRM objectives.
What You Will Do
ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for management of the ecommerce calendar and SKU list, and support with the creation of creative briefs for all core, innovation, and brand marketing initiatives.
- Collect assets provided by creative and brand marketing and ensure that all requirements are captured in the delivery in a timely manner.
- Copy and creative project management, routing and follow up on all creative assets for Site & CRM, developing and distributing creative briefs for homepage content, product category and detail pages, broadcast email & SMS, and digital media prior to on-counter dates.
- Execute a thorough QA of all CRM emails, SMS, promotions, new products, and site content before going live in the market.
- Assist Ecommerce & CRM with weekly, monthly reporting to identify optimizations for site experience and CRM assets and campaigns.
PRODUCT /SITE SUPPORT
- Support in managing the DTC sample assortment, promotions calendar, and excess inventory opportunities from strategy to execution.
- Request and gather additional product information (benefits, usage, claims, product pairings) from product marketing, product development, and Education teams.
- Communicate upcoming new product launches, marketing efforts or promotions with key partners in Client Care, CRM, Media, and fulfillment.
- Store locator and rating & reviews vendor maintenance: update locations and product information as required.
- Contribute towards and assist with the project management of the site enhancements prioritization list with Ecommerce and ADX teams.
Who You Are
- Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, CRM, and/or strong internships in a related field
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and as an individual contributor
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Forward-thinking, resourceful and curious

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location.
Pay is based on several factors including knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, including a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.

$60,024 - $90,036/ hour
