OverviewThe Creative Director (Art) is responsible for leading the campaign and platform creative for
.Com, Social channels and content creation. This leadership role includes assigning teams, inspiring
those teams to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work, and working closely with
account management to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work.
Partners with the Group/Executive Creative Director to address performance, workflow, and
quality issues and develop long-range plans for the team.
Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to both large and small projects, encompassing platform creation,
activation concept development, brand design, art, and channel executions. - Work collaboratively with cross-discipline leads, including (but not limited to) Brand Strategy,
Content Strategy, Copy, and Design - Promote a culture of creative quality and accountability and ensure creative deliverables meet
both our clients’ expectations and our own standards of excellence. - Demonstrates to clients that an understanding of their marketing challenges and is responsive
to their strategic needs in proposing creative solutions. - Works with the upper management team to plan strategic growth of agency billings and
participate in new business pitch opportunities. - Ensures that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards.
- Partners with cross collaborative teams to manage the workload for assigned book of business
to maximize the productivity and quality of work from the creative staff. - Imparts industry expertise and experience to the team. Analyzing brand tracking, market trends,
consumer needs, and the competitor's landscape - Ability to be hands on in designing comps, storyboards, initial concepts, and final deliverables.
- Manages many internal details of assigned projects, including finding and/or choosing
photographers, working and coordinating with Production and Account staff - Facilitates and participates in the ideation, writing and execution of original and creative
concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals. - Extends client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value.
- Presents, shares and reviews creative work with Group/Executive Creative Director,
Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team. - Mentors and trains team members, write performance reviews, and allocate work.
Qualifications- 10+ years' experience in agency or equivalent background
- Portfolio must include all digital (social, mobile, web) campaign work.
- Software experience Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint
- Must be conceptual/an idea person as well as a hands-on creator.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with people-management and coaching
- Nice to have: Tech industry experience
- Must be able to travel.

Compensation Range: $127,585-$174,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
