Job Description
Work Term: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Around 2 years of experience specifically in paid search campaigns
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Familiar with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising interfaces
- Familiar with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Desktop software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with diverse stakeholders
- High level of comfort working with data
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust easily to a demanding environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing campaign spends to pace with target budgets
- Reviewing data to discover opportunities to optimize performance
- Keyword research and ad copy development
- Reporting on results and providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations
