ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will develop and execute multichannel marketing plans that align with brand strategies and drive measurable results among HCPs and consumer audiences
Strategy Development
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with broader brand goals and drive measurable results
- Expertise with digital, engagement, and channel strategy
- Strong understanding of digital, social, CRM and media channels, as well as rep delivered channels
- Ability to own projects (with reasonable oversight):
- Initiate briefs, develop strategy, draft decks,
Team Collaboration
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional team environment, with a focus on collaboration and shared success
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (account, creative, PM) to deliver on client needs
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to confidently and thoughtfully present strategic points-of-view and recommendations
- Be an active contributor in both internal and client meetings
Client Relationship Management Skills
- Partner with account teams to provide strategic input and support client relationships, ensuring alignment with goals and expectations
- Become a trusted client resource
Time Management
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize deliverables, and be an active contributor to meetings
Industry Knowledge
- Pharmaceutical knowledge- familiarity with pharma industry and regulations
- Experience with both HCP and DTC audiences
- Experience in medical device, diagnostic testing, retail (OTC) a plus
QualificationsThis pivotal role requires a depth of expertise (7-10 years of relevant experience, with an advanced degree preferred), including a track record of impactful work experience and professional ingenuity.

Compensation Range: $98,500 - $165,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
