OverviewThe L&D Coordinator will support the L&D Team, reporting to the L&D Business Partner, and help Publicis Groupe UK meet its strategic learning objectives. This role involves managing training session enrolments, coordinating with trainers, utilising our learning management system (Marcel Classes), and confidently managing L&D projects and programs. You will be essential in delivering impactful learning experiences, contributing to employee development and business success.
Responsibilities- L&D Support and Administration: Manage the L&D inbox, coordinate the L&D program schedule, and ensure best practices are applied in using Marcel Classes.
- Training Facilitation: Drive engagement by promoting available training opportunities across career levels, ensuring sessions are fully attended.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop an understanding of the needs across Publicis Groupe agencies to inform training content planning.
- Inclusivity in Learning: Collaborate with DEI teams and Employee Action Groups to deliver inclusive learning opportunities.
- Project Ownership: Manage small to medium-sized L&D projects from initiation to evaluation, ensuring alignment with learning goals and adult learning principles.
- Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and insights to the L&D team and stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning.
- LMS Best Practices: Serve as a resource for Marcel Classes, staying updated on system enhancements and disseminating best practices.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Use reporting and data insights to identify opportunities for improvement in L&D offerings.
Qualifications- Experience in a Learning & Development or related administrative support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), preferably with experience in Marcel Classes or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
- An understanding of adult learning theory and experience in training facilitation is an advantage.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with an eagerness to drive learning engagement.
