Overview
As a social native, you can effortlessly find your way in the digital jungle. Thanks to your experience with various platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram) and your inexhaustible curiosity, no innovation or trend will escape you. We are looking for a Social Editorial Manager who will be in charge of the day-to-day social activities for a global brand within the skincare industry. The position is perfect for someone who has experience as a Project/Account Manager in our industry. Project management tasks are part of the role expectations, and these skills lay the foundation for the role. Next to that, you excel in communication, coordination, and have a keen eye for detail. Your role is crucial in turning client needs into actionable tasks for the team. You are responsible for: Responsible for all projects related to the development of social always-on assets; You will closely collaborate with (Influencer Marketing) Strategists, Creatives, Community Managers, Production and Post-Production teams to produce high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific content. This includes also facilitating all effective communication between these parties; Ensuring that all content adheres to the client's brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience; Responsible for: all communication with clients on workstreams and the coordination of planning and internal progresses; Developing and maintaining the always-on editorial calendar; Staying up-to-date with social trends and collaborating with Creative and Influencer Management teams to adapt trends into always-on assets; Leading monthly reporting delivery and understanding data to ensure both creative and analytical needs are met; Leading playbooks execution and upload of assets to client’s library. We are looking for someone who: Has 2+ years of experience in the editorial and project management scene (in social media); Can manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; Has strong organizational skills: turns chaos into harmony with an eye for detail; Has topnotch communication skills and can be the go-to bridge between clients and our crew; Is a team player that's always ready to jump in and help out; Is a quick learner: easily adapting to new tools and processes like a pro; Knows all ins and outs of social media platforms and content creation.
