Coming up with unconventional ideas and original, innovative concepts tailored for modern-day social platforms like TikTok and Instagram is embedded in your DNA. With your keen social media eye, you can quickly spot creative opportunities within these dynamic platforms and turn them into fresh, compelling content. You are a hybrid creative with a affinity to video and multiple skills up your sleeve to concept captivating reels, stories, TikTok videos, and interactive content that engage users in new ways resulting in the buildup of strong social, on-strategy ideas, engaging social campaigns and formats, newsworthy digital activations, and more.
Goal of the position
The goal of this position is to consistently bring fresh, creative concepts to the table that resonate with both the brand and its audience. As a key part of the creative team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact concepts that drive engagement across platforms. You will report directly to an (Associate) Creative Director, collaborating closely to ensure your ideas are aligned with overarching brand objectives and stand out in today’s competitive social landscape.
What we expect from you
Are you the kind of Medior Creative who knows how to create memorable digital moments and viral headlines? Are you someone who likes to pitch wild and original ideas together with a team of creatives or simply on your own? And do you have at least 3 years of relevant experience in social/digital advertising?
While experience or an affinity with skincare would be a great bonus, it’s not a requirement. If you’re still excited, keep reading!
ResponsibilitiesA rundown of your responsibilities
As a creative / lead:
- Think of and create original and effective social concepts and campaigns, within budget;
- Translate strategies into creative concepts;
- Come up with ideas for both existing and non- existing clients;
- Be aware of social trends and quickly generate trend-driven or topical content ideas;
- You are up to speed of what is happening in the social environment;
- Oversee the process of visualizing a concept to a high-quality result (Art Direction);
- Design communicative outputs;
- Handle the responsibility on multiple clients (A-level clients) and their deadlines;
- Brief designers and video editors;
- Work together closely with strategy, project and account;
- Make other ideas stronger and better, or turn them down in a constructive way;
- Be part of a pitch-processes.
As a client contact:
- Create presentations of the ideas and concepts, including sketches and mock-ups;
- Present ideas to clients on a Medior Creative level;
- Translate the clients’ wishes in terms of reach, effect and stated goals into a concise proposal.
QualificationsCompetences & Qualities
- Actively brainstorm and conceptualize with team members as well as have the ability to self-direct;
- Attention to detail is critical, as is communicating effectively with the Creative Director and the rest of your team;
- Up to date on all things social;
- Strategically strong;
- Able to confront respectfully and escalate timely;
- Creative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects at once;
- Resistant to stress, positively critical, punctual and solution oriented;
- You are good with words (short copy);
- Affinity with video, new platforms and techniques (AI);
- Some level of editing skills;
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote.
