Job Description / Role Overview
- Assists the Media Lead and collaborates with media agencies for the development of media plans that are strong on Digital
- Ensures that brand media campaign's plan across all touchpoints, runs on time and smoothly, and safeguards media efficiencies
- Recommends and initiates media ideas for experiments
- Supplies basic media reports and data needed for analysis in creating Integrated Category Reviews/ Media Reviews
- Helps the team upskill in Digital by using expertise and collaborating with partners to train marketing team.
- Develop a data-driven strategy and support other teams/functions to deliver key business results
- Formulate a strategic framework to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, and make recommendations
- Lead strategic initiatives across clients to delivery beyond media KPI results
- Serve as a thought partner for senior leaders to drive business growth within the organization. Liaise with clients as the overall paid media strategy owner
- Drive Media performance management; performs competitive analysis and defines media sufficiency for campaigns and overall annual spend across owned, earned and paid media
- Develop local Media strategy in partnership with Brands to optimize media spend and effectiveness across all areas (paid, owned, earned)
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Business, or any related course
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience of relevant work experience in Total Media (Media planning, full-funnel Marketing campaign executions across multiple paid Media platforms)
- Preferable with understanding, training, and experience on Digital Media and Marketing
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration / teamwork across functions to drive project completion
- Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders (Business growth KPIs attributed to Paid media strategy)
- Advanced platform experience for Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads (Programmatic Media buying experience is a plus)
- Updated Google Media buying (SEM, YouTube and Display) and Meta Certifications (Planning and Media Buying)
