Responsibilities Audience insights & planning
- Leverage and appropriately apply in-depth knowledge of a range of quant and qual research techniques
- Assess and leverage existing customer and brand research and segmentation
- Build a deep and evolving understanding of our customers wants, needs, and behaviors
- Experience working with segmentation models
- Identify business opportunities and points of brand differentiation along the customer journey based on market analytics and category insights
- Is familiar with role of communications channels and the benefits of omnichannel engagement
- Structures brand and comms plans with clear line of sight to growth and differentiation, and can connect insights to strategies to brand experiences
Brand Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement annual brand plans, translating them into actionable steps that deliver measurable business impact.
- Facilitate workshops for global and regional stakeholders, both in-person and online, fostering strategic clarity and engagement.
- Responsible for monitoring client and competitor activity, keeping on top of market trends, M&A, new product launches, market and brand growth statistics and market financial reports.
- Confident building omnichannel engagement strategies, from audience definition, customer journeys, identifying must win moments, and pulling those insights through to channel and content plans
- Have a desire and drive to help healthcare brands deliver more value and a better experience to their audiences
- Modern marketing capabilities including:
- Understand different channels under which the brand thrives
- Understand the power of breakthrough creative
- Explore innovative perspectives and has ability to move beyond the traditional approach
- Knowledge in current & possible future, practices, trends, & information affecting the business; knows the competition
Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor, quickly assessing client challenges to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Deliver cross-channel communication strategies with a strong understanding of omnichannel dynamics.
Teamwork
- Applies knowledge and techniques from multiple disciplines to solve complex problems or address challenges to drive the business
- Regularly bring new thinking to the team, drawing on broad reading and external thought leaders to inspire innovative strategic ideas.
- Ability to achieve results through collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Clients (one team)
Client Relations/Communication Skills
- Be a key player in the client team, confidently leading planning discussions and fostering strong client relationships.
- Deep understanding of client’s business including product, market, audience, and ways of working
- Laser-focused on the needs of the business, capable of anticipating needs & proactively driving the business forward
- Sees ahead to future possibilities, translates into strategies and effectively communicates a compelling vision
- Excellence in PowerPoint, and visualisation of concepts and data. Can bring to life a compelling strategic story on screen, simply, beautifully with an extremely high level of professionalism

- Capable of effectively managing pace, volume, & complexity while delivering high-quality work on time & on budget
- Able to be proactive across end-to-end business
QualificationsYou’re intellectually curious, a proactive problem-solver, experienced in omnichannel comms planning, and confident in your ability to drive strategic value. With a strong desire to proactively lead from the front, you excel in crafting compelling stories and are unafraid by uncertainty.
