Job Responsibilities
- Be a SME for Deel's global paid search campaigns; working with all of our product's campaigns, paid landing page tests, A/B copy tests and day-to-day operations of our paid search campaign management.
- Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding algorithms, KW bidding, and other impact driven variables for continuous growth, scale, and expansion to reflect our growing verticals, country expansion and brand/product priorities.
- Work with our regional Paid Search Managers and Director of Performance Marketing to ensure our Paid Search efforts are top performing and constantly improving.
- Be POC from the paid search team for all PMMs; Work closely with our Product Marketing team to ensure our different product offerings, features, and launches are covered across all types of relevant keywords and ad copy.
- Perform daily platform management and monitor search performance to identify key trends and implement optimizations to hit Growth KPIs, and cross knowledge sharing to regional paid ads managers.
- Work closely with our Website team to help manage and iterate on paid landing page copy and A/B tests so that we are constantly making our full ad experience better.
- Work with our copywriting team to construct and iterate on new ad copy and landing page copy to ensure we have the highest quality score and CTRs for ads that convert; running A/B tests on copy at all time.
- Work cross-functionally with other various teams (growth, product, data, creative, etc.) to ensure search campaigns are built and optimized for success.
- Manage relationships with external Paid Search vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing Paid Search campaigns for a B2B brand, ideally in-house.
- Experience working closely with a PMM team and how their work translates back into keywords and ad copy and generating inbound leads and opportunities.
- Experience with paid landing pages and CRO A/B tests.
- Expert with the Google product suite, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GA Editor.
- Experience running A/B tests across Paid Search.
- Data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools.
- Responsible for acquisition for Paid Search and directly impacted revenue in previous roles.
- Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Managed Paid Search in-house for an HR or Fintech B2B company.
- Managed campaigns in multiple markets, globally.
- Worked at a very fast-growing startup.
- Previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team.
- Fluent in other languages besides English.
