Role Description
We are looking for a driven and analytical Paid Media Intern to join our Paid Media team. This role involves supporting the Paid Media Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, and more. You will assist in analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and driving client success through effective paid media strategies.

With a track record of excellent performance, this position could lead to progression into a full-time Paid Media Specialist or Paid Media Account Manager role. Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and management of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic networks.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative development to support campaign objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of paid media campaigns, analyzing data to inform optimizations.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create effective ad copy and creative assets.
- Help manage budgets, bids, and pacing across campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest and familiarity with digital advertising platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic digital marketing space.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Google tools (preferred but not required).
