About The Role
Worldpay is looking for a Paid media Specialist to join our Central Digital Marketing team to create, manage, and optimize global paid media campaigns across all lines of business for the purposes of demand generation and brand building. This individual will have a passion for digital marketing, understand the effectiveness of paid media in the B2B space and be well versed in best practices for optimum performance and ROI as well as Automation and AI tools. The Paid media Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to align business goals with paid social plans. At Worldpay, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology.
What you will be doing
- Create paid media proposals based on the stakeholder’s objectives, and advise on required budget levels
- Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple lines of business to align with business goals
- Lead and drive campaign performance through a test and learn approach
- Manage budgets and platform level optimizations daily
- Actively work with internal teams to ensure campaign success based on KPIs
- Regularly report on the performance of paid media campaigns to internal stakeholders and share recommendations for improvement
- Be on top of market developments, new technologies and automation opportunities
- Present your reports to internal stakeholders
- Manage the supplier invoices and work with accounts payable to ensure publisher account payments are kept up to date.
Experience/Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns in:
- Google Ads
- Linkedin
- Meta Ads
- X Ads
- Tik Tok ads
- Marin Software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to pull and analyze reports using data from GA4 and the paid media platforms
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong team player with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues across the company
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using AI/Automation/Paid media campaign management tools
- Google Ads Certified
