What You'll Do
50% Buying and Optimization
- Oversee planning, buying and optimization of programmatic media across a portfolio of Constellation brands
- Socialize and document optimizations and learnings
- Collaborate with Constellation direct site planners and Constellation brand team on RTB data strategy and premium-programmatic media plans
30% Training, Process Implementation & Best-Practice Development
- Implement and build on best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reporting
- Create case studies to support best practices
- Educate internally and externally on DSP functionality, results and optimizations
20% Client Service
- Support development of POVs to inform clients and agency personnel about changes in RTB and programmatic marketplace technology
- Design and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results data

Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of hands-on programmatic buying experience
- Proven ability to develop/implement/improve business processes
- Proven ability to thrive in highly collaborative work environments
- Advanced user of at least two DSPs
- Eagerness to work on the disruptive side of business, with new DSP technologies
- Strong knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to optimization, as well as scientific testing in live media environments
- Experience managing or mentoring junior employees is preferred

Salary Range
$62,400.00 - $70,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
