As the Manager, Paid Media, you will be responsible for defining and executing Randstad's North American paid media strategy across digital channels. You'll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on search engines, social networks, and job boards. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in paid media, who can manage a team, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to strategic business goals.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing & Media for the North American Market. Randstad has embraced a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with in-person collaboration. You'll have the option to work remotely up to three days a week, providing a mix of remote flexibility and office engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy Development
- Define and implement the North American paid media strategy to support business objectives and increase brand visibility.
- Develop detailed campaign plans that outline targeting, budgets, advertising channels, and schedules for optimal reach and engagement.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan and oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Meta, Microsoft, and TikTok.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with Randstad's brand guidelines and business goals, maximizing both awareness and performance.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, areas for improvement, and factors influencing results.
- Leverage digital analytics tools to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI, ensuring strategic decisions are based on data-driven insights.
Team Management and Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paid media specialists, overseeing their performance and supporting their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, empowering team members to excel in their roles and contribute to overall team success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader business strategies and campaign goals.
- Collaborate on content and creative assets to ensure a cohesive brand presence across digital channels.
Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and benchmark performance against competitors.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices to continuously enhance Randstad's paid media strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in team management and performance coaching.
- Strong strategic decision-making skills with an ability to manage risks and prioritize initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building collaborative relationships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
