The mobile games industry is quickly evolving around us. There are over a million apps that are fighting for the attention of consumers, but only a handful will ultimately win. Uken Games is looking for a Performance Marketer who is ready for the challenge of growing our portfolio of games into massive blockbuster titles.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing new user acquisition campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets across various channels
- Enhancing user acquisition efforts by conducting A/B tests and implementing strategies to meet performance objectives
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of emerging trends
- Collaborating with the Analytics team to develop data-driven insights, set and track targets, and create reporting tools for monitoring and evaluating success
- Working closely with in-house creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets, utilizing trends and testing frameworks
- Support the management of relationships with external partners, including advertising platforms and media agencies
Required Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics or relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns for multi-platform games across different channels (E.g. Facebook, Google, Unity) and international markets
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
- Data driven mindset to understand and use data to identify insights and creative solutions to growth problems
- Strong presentation skills and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint or other presentation software
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive outcomes in a collaborative setting
- An ability to iterate quickly and operate independently in a demanding and dynamic environment
- An appetite to learn, grow, and take on increasingly more responsibility
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with analytical tools like SQL
- Familiarity with mobile app attribution
- A strong passion for games especially free to play
- A strong passion for understanding user behaviour
