EZRA is a global coaching company supporting leading organizations like Coca Cola and Spotify, focused on helping employees reach their full potential. They are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to drive marketing campaigns and pipeline growth in North America.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive impact by creating and executing campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Run data-driven experiments to improve campaign performance
- Create repeatable campaign programs to increase team efficiency
- Execute webinar, direct mail, and email campaigns end-to-end
- Conduct campaign impact analysis and generate insights
- Partner with Sales and Sales Development Representatives to maximize campaign impact
- Contribute to team goals of maximizing marketing-qualified opportunities and driving pipeline
Required Experience and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focused on demand generation in high-growth SaaS environment
- Technical skills with marketing and sales technologies like Salesforce, Outreach, Pardot, Zoom Webinars
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Data-driven approach with commitment to measurable results
- Strong writing skills for conversion-based content
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
