OverviewThis is a unique opportunity to work on one of our most important clients. Stellantis are a large automotive group, including Peugeot, Vauxhall, Fiat, Jeep in its brand portfolio, among others. They are leading the charge on Electric Vehicles which play a significant part of their marketing strategy. They have large media budgets and are consistently keen to push the limits of digital marketing; it’s an excellent client to supercharge your career.
The Senior Executive team member's role is to be the day-to-day owner of your assigned brands' accounts. Be curious, proactive, and work with your Account Manager and the wider team to understand and improve performance, while developing strong relationships with all stakeholders. You should be able to demonstrate proactivity and curious mind when it comes to strategy and new opportunities on our account.
Your dedication and accuracy are also imperative relating to all processes including finance, budget pacing, reporting, campaign builds, optimisation, and other regular tasks. In return, you should expect a friendly team set up to provide you with the space and experience to succeed and grow into a well-rounded biddable professional.
Responsibilities• Creating and developing media plans
• Owning all campaign and audience segment builds
• Booking and running campaigns across paid search and social platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.)
• Budget monitoring and pacing
• Producing and updating reports and summary presentations
• Owning the financial process, from making booking to reconciliation.
• Communicating with the client for planning and reporting stages
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a passion for the digital industry and technology. They will be interested in understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products and services; and in how technology can enable brands to engage with and influence this behaviour. They will preferably have experience in building, optimizing, and reporting on paid social media campaigns. The individual will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven. They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts.
Pre-requisites for the role
• Strong understanding of how digital marketing channels work especially paid social. Experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential. Experience with other social platforms like TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager is desired..
• Strategic Ability – Can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; has broad knowledge and perspective; is future oriented.
• Analytical Ability – Able to draw insights from data analysis and suggest recommendations
• Drive for Results – Is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging; eager to learn and apply new initiatives to increase performance within the team and for the client.
