Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven paid media strategies aligned with broader marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Budget Oversight: Manage campaigns with significant budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
- Campaign Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Global Team Guidance: Provide mentorship and strategic direction to international teams, ensuring consistency in best practices and campaign execution.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, specifically in high-value, long sales-cycle product spaces.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in paid media with a proven track record in managing high-budget campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Deep experience with Meta (Facebook and Instagram); experience with platforms like Pinterest and TikTok is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent at collaborating across teams with clear, impactful communication.
