The ideal candidate will be an experienced, motivated Paid Media Marketing Leader with the ability to manage data and to inform business requirements and up level content and reach of our marketing campaigns. The Paid Media Marketing Manager will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a data driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a global environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies to meet aggressive business goals
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand
- Conduct A/B (Split) testing to continuously optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
- Contribute to building March Stack Monitor industry best practices and share insights and knowledge with the team to continuously improve campaign performance
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paid Marketing Manager at least of 10 years (At least 3+ years in Telecommunications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag Manager, or similar platforms
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
