Job Overview
This role is responsible for designing, executing and analyzing results for our performance marketing campaigns across OMNIA Partners. As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, the Director of Performance Marketing will work with sales and marketing peers to drive inbound leads and sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Design and execute targeted campaigns that drive new customer acquisition as well as revenue growth and retention (cross-sell) within our existing customer base.
- Paid Media: Develop paid media strategies including the design, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various channels.
- Email Marketing: Responsible for the overall email marketing strategy including the creation of campaigns, monitoring and analyzing performance, and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Know the Customer: Engage regularly with marketing peers and other customer-facing teams to understand our customers' wants, needs and expectations. Use those insights to build relevant and engaging performance marketing campaigns.
- Agency Partnership: Own relationship with outside service provider to strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns.
- ROI Analysis: Track campaign results to continually improve marketing and sales investments.
- Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to inform and inspire your campaigns. Foster a culture of creativity by testing new ideas and approaches.
Training/Skills/Experience
- 6+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on paid advertising/paid media (paid display, paid search, paid social, PPC, programmatic), email marketing, and SEM.
- Analytical and math-oriented marketer – ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, Google Data Studio, Marketing Cloud, or similar.
- Ability to help guide the creation of powerful creative and ensure consistency of message across all channels.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field
*This role will be based at our Franklin, TN office. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Nashville area.
