OverviewThe Data and Platform Solutions team is a team of experts that help to deliver better marketing decisions using data and apply expertise in how audience data can help impact a client’s business. Working closely with the media planning and strategy teams, we translate client goals and objectives into actionable data using internal agency or external client technologies such as DMPs and CDPs.
Our team goals are to educate on the uses of data, drive innovation in the data and tech space, partner with analytics to create test plans, generate critical insights and profiles to align with strategic planning, and maximize the value of our client partnerships.

Who:
The SR Analyst, Data & Platform Solutions is an entry-level role that focuses on audience profiling, activation of audience data, and supporting the technology platforms that enhance marketing decisions in collaboration with the media team. This detail-oriented individual will assist in managing audience data processes, generating basic reports to extract insights, and supporting the execution of client investments in data and technology tools.
The successful candidate is a motivated learner who enjoys solving problems and working with data.
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day platform operations, such as those in a DMP, CDP, or DSP.
- Help execute audience data strategies to support media plans for client accounts.
- Support audience targeting processes, including defining audience segments, sharing data with partners, and contributing to performance reporting.
- Analyze category and brand data to help uncover insights that drive results.
- Collaborate with client research, insights, and analytics teams to use data effectively in planning.
- Help communicate data strategies and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to answering client questions and developing materials for client presentations.
- Assist in preparing media deliverables (e.g., timelines, POVs, presentations).
- Stay informed about current trends in ad tech and marketing technology
Qualifications- 1–2 years of related experience in digital media, ad technology, or analytics is a plus, but not required.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and eager to develop skills.
- Curious thinker who enjoys exploring new ideas and solutions.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital media concepts; familiarity with ad platforms or tools is a plus.
- Comfort with basic math and data analysis; prior exposure to statistics is helpful but not required.
Additional InformationCompensation Range: $70,000 - $105,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
