Castlery is looking for a Category Growth Manager.
Job Responsibilities
The Category Growth Manager is responsible for building the overall growth strategy for a category to support the business' success.
- Set long term revenue targets.
- Identify and execute key growth levers with relevant stakeholders.
- Owner of their category's P&L.
- Requires close partnerships with various stakeholders across the company.
- Ensure product assortment continues to scale sustainably and serve customers' needs in all markets.
What you'll be doing
- Drive end-to-end sales delivery as revenue owner for one of our most important categories.
- Build and own the long-term forecast for the category.
- Understand the growth levers for the category, and how to work across teams to make it happen.
- Work with marketing, operations, product and sales teams to plan and execute growth initiatives.
- Use customer and competitor insights to anticipate needs and stay ahead of customer expectations.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives to drive category growth.
- Analyse data and generate reports to measure performance and track progress against goals.
What you'll need
- 7-9 years of experience in category growth/category management for a leading retail or ecommerce company, preferably in a similar product category.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing category strategies that drive growth.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
