Description
The Growth Marketing Vice President will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and lead the development and implementation of strategies that drive accelerated revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing. This role is focused on expanding B2B client acquisition and enhancing brand visibility to support JumpCrew's Growth as a Service (GaaS) model, which provides comprehensive sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to B2B companies seeking to grow. Key responsibilities include demand generation, content strategy, and the implementation of diverse digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable growth.
The ideal candidate possesses strong B2B sales and revenue-generation expertise, hands-on content creation skills and creativity, including extensive experience aligning marketing with sales to achieve budgeted revenue targets in a fast-paced and changing startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and leadership as the liaison to the C-suite.
- Develop and implement growth-focused marketing strategy.
- Drive qualified lead generation through push and pull marketing tactics.
- Craft competitive positioning and messaging addressing market needs.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and alignment.
- Manage digital and content marketing initiatives.
- Direct SEO and organic growth strategy.
- Leverage data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
- Manage marketing team and agency partners.
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Business Administration with a Marketing concentration.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scalable marketing strategies in fast-paced startup environments.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B-focused organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, search engine optimization, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue and client growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
