Overall Job Summary
We are currently seeking a talented Head of Paid Media, Programmatic and Social to join our Digital Marketing Team. This role collaborates with the internal media team and the external media agency to build and execute strategic media plans and partnerships. This position oversees our programmatic, mid funnel and social media team members while guiding the evolution of our go to market media strategy. This position will partner with our Loyalty, Engagement, Analytics & Personalization Team, our Creative Team, Digital Media Team, our National & Local Marketing Team, and our Go-To-Market Team to integrate messaging, audiences, and measurement across channels. This role will provide programmatic media, digital, social, TV/CTV, and audio subject matter expertise and thought leadership to drive innovation. This role will initiate new ways to go to market from planning, research, and predictive ROI to execution and evaluation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Partner with internal paid media and external media agencies to build media strategies that deliver business impact
- Measure and report on performance across media channels while also evaluating current measurement tools and methodologies and recommending best practices/enhancements
- Support Director managing multiple agency and line of business contacts in the planning and execution of integrated paid media
- Collaborate with, build relationships with, and serve as primary contact for various stakeholders while building relationships internally
- Present strategies, analysis and key learnings to senior leadership and various stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative; can build rapport and credibility, and can drive desired business outcomes
- Translate media planning and performance concepts into relevant presentations for leadership
- Solutions oriented: ability to problem solve and present data-driven solutions
- Comfortable with ambiguity and developing an action plan base on available information
- Additional responsibilities as needed to support the ongoing evolution and transformation of our media and brand partnership strategy
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of paid media experience either at a media agency or on an in-house media team
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, or journalism. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities
- Strong understanding of paid media landscape including Programmatic Display and Video, Social Media, TV/CTV, Audio, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Measurement, and emerging platforms
- A mix of agency and client-side experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment.
- Collaborative, creative and adaptive work style.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of the principles of marketing, advertising, promotional and digital content.
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
