In a nutshell
Picnic is on the hunt for a passionate Performance Marketing Analyst to elevate our online campaigns and push performance marketing to new heights. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our growth and performance teams, crafting impactful campaigns across all digital channels. As we expand across the region, you’ll have a front-row seat in shaping the future of online groceries!
What You’ll Do
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze data to measure our performance marketing campaigns, identify opportunities, and support our growth/marketing teams.
- Perform campaign reporting and conversion analysis, design and interpret experiment results, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Use tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Google Analytics to generate insights from large datasets.
- Conduct customer segmentation to improve targeting.
Measurement and Attribution:
- Develop, implement, and test digital marketing strategies across channels to grow our customer base.
- Advise growth and performance marketing teams on proper measurement and ad attribution.
- Use the latest tools and methodologies to constantly improve our measurement and analytics capabilities.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work with marketing, operations, and data teams on projects focusing on user growth, mobile usage, and revenue.
- Communicate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to marketing teams.
- Brainstorm and collaborate on new ideas for tests or improvements.
Reporting and Dashboarding:
- Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports.
About You
- 3-5 years of work experience in marketing or growth analytics in a fast-paced environment, start-up, scale up.
- MSc in Digital Marketing, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with SQL (Python/R is a plus!) with the demonstrated ability to learn new scripting languages.
- Ability to process and analyze complex data sets, and interpret them to make business decisions.
- Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team.
- Experience using mobile app analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, and Apple Analytics is a huge plus.
