What is the role about?
As a Paid Media Specialist, You Will
- Develop and Optimize Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising, working closely with the team lead.
- Analyze and Strategize: Use data-driven insights to analyze market trends and audience behaviors in different regions, ensuring strategies maximize ROI.
- Monitor and Report: Track campaign performance, generate regular reports, and use data to refine strategies for enhanced results.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and discover new opportunities.
- Manage Budgets: Handle budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective spending aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive Innovation: Recommend new paid media strategies, channels, and tools to enhance outreach and engagement in target markets.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing paid campaigns, especially using Google Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking performance, generating insights, and driving data-informed decisions.
- Strong ability to identify challenges and craft practical, impactful solutions.
- Skilled in building and nurturing professional networks to unlock opportunities.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on customer-centric strategies and measurable results.
- Ability to interpret complex data and trends to develop effective campaign strategies.
