We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Media Strategist to join our team. This role specializes in consumer brands, focusing on performance media campaigns that drive meaning and measureable business outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of media experience and analytical skills and strategy, aiming to optimize the complete customer journey through various digital and non-paid tactics.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and Optimize Strategies: Craft and enhance digital media strategies, ensuring they align with client KPIs and business growth goals.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with activation team and directly with clients, collaborate with Client Services, Experience Design, Project Management to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
- Innovative Approach: Introduce and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates across paid and non-paid tactics, such as CRO, CRM, and SEO.
- Client Accountability & Advocacy: Manage client interactions, maintaining accountability while being a thoughtful advocate for client needs and goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Analytics and more; provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with robust analysis, aiding in strategy development and optimization.
- New Business Development: Support business development by contributing to proposals and pitches, showcasing media strategy expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a digital strategist and/or media planner within a digital agency.
- Proficient in digital platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, DSP platforms, and others
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance media campaigns.
- Exceptional client presentation and management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and understand the complete customer journey across paid and non-paid channels.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of holding stakeholders accountable while fostering positive relationships.
