The Opportunity
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for managing Kandji's paid advertising strategy, execution, and performance across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Reddit, and programmatic channels. This role is critical in ensuring we reach the right audience, drive qualified leads, and maximize ROI from our ad spend.
How you will make a difference day to day:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with Kandji’s marketing goals
- Manage budgets, forecast performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and lead quality
- Own the creation and testing of ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting across platforms
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation stakeholders to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging paid media opportunities
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience managing paid media channels for a SaaS company or in a B2B tech environment
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, BI tools, or similar)
- Ability to manage large budgets and prioritize channels based on data-driven insights
- Creative and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-haves but not required:
- Global Campaign Management: Experience running and optimizing campaigns across multiple regions with localization for diverse audiences
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Background: Expertise in designing and executing hyper-targeted campaigns to engage high-value accounts, especially on LinkedIn and other B2B platforms
