Role Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned marketer to own demand generation for our global products. You will build out the demand generation strategy for markets across EMEA partnering closely with sales, central marketing teams and operations to exceed company pipeline and revenue targets.
You will create, execute, optimise and strategise multi-channel campaigns to build pipeline for our sales teams across all revenue bands and all industries. The role is varied so we are looking for a proactive, creative and metrics-driven leader who has strong ownership and is passionate about setting and executing strategy.
This position reports to the EMEA Director of Demand Generation in London and is based out of Dublin or London.
What You'll Do
- Develop, launch and measure multi-channel integrated campaigns across various channels (webinars, events, direct mail, email, digital) that convert accounts within our ICP to qualified pipeline
- Develop and execute ABM strategies with sales to exceed pipeline goals leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics
- Implement and optimise the funnel from awareness to conversion with targeted campaigns diving deep into every level of the customer journey to improve conversions
- Oversee events and field marketing to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
- Own the reporting and analytics for all demand gen efforts in global markets presenting insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with sales leadership for global markets aligning marketing efforts with sales strategies to ensure a common goal and effort maximising results
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related function within a B2B environment
- Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through strategic and operational excellence
- Superb collaborator and project owner. From Day 1, you’ll need to align stakeholders across multiple teams
- Extensive experience partnering with sales to achieve common results
- Self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- A hacker’s mentality. You obsess over finding novel ways to hit goals—even when the conventional wisdom says you’re wrong. Experience with Salesforce a plus!
