For this particular role, you’ll be a highly technical marketer who’s more interested in data and touch points than fonts and TikTok.
You’ll be driven and motivated by delivering leads and results for the business as we look to expand our product and customer base and increase brand awareness as an industry-leader across the early careers sector.
This role requires a strong work ethic and an ability to consistently analyse and improve.

- 2-5 years’ experience in a performance marketing role, or a marketing role that heavily involved campaign delivery, tracking and reporting
- A good understanding of how to market a SaaS or technology platform by generating leads and nurturing existing contacts
- Demonstrable experience in customer journey mapping
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable producing output reports and suggesting improvements
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools used to track campaigns, audiences, and leads. Experience with Pipedrive particularly preferable
- Good ROI-tracking skills and an ability to prove what is and isn’t working
- A self-motivator who knows how to prioritise their time and workload effectively, especially when working remotely
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferable but not essential
Unseen's Values:
We’re a company that spans a wide range of services and products across the early careers journey. Although we may work in different divisions, we’re all aligned by our shared values and sense of purpose. We’re upfront about these values and are looking for people who really see themselves in what we stand for:
- Show up. Every day. We celebrate achievements but are not defined by them - we know the next one is just around the corner and we’re always excited by what’s to come. Every day we bring fresh energy, enthusiasm and passion - not just for the end goal, but for every step along the way.
- Be curious. Be seen. We grow through getting involved, raising our hands and learning from one another. We stand up, challenge what we see and ask ourselves: what else could be possible?
- Not afraid to be afraid. We’re into breaking things, changing things and being brave. We bring scary ideas forward and see where they can take us. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t, and sometimes they change everything.
- No fluff. No bluff. Just be yourself. We know that to our customers, our audience and our team - integrity matters. We believe in being open, honest and upfront at all times. We bring truth and transparency to the table and appreciate people for who they are.
- Take pride. The work you do matters. We get our kicks from being the forward thinkers that have a real-world impact on the lives of the next generation.
What we offer:
- Flexible working with a remote-first approach, with a monthly workspace allocation in multiple locations nationwide
- Generous annual leave amounting to 40 days (inc. Bank Holidays and Christmas)
- Life Insurance
- Flexible benefits package – you choose what works for you
- Company pension
Please note: this is a hybrid role with a mix of remote and in-office working.
