Your Impact
To deliver on our noble mission to keep the open web open, we are looking for a talented Publisher Growth Manager with the scope to nurture and grow strategic partnerships with supply clients. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA and LATAM.
Being part of a fast-growing scale-up organization, the role requires a self-starting, results-oriented and passionate professional who will be instrumental in successfully executing our initiatives to market.
The successful candidate will be part of the Publisher Success team, based in Athens, Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert on topics related to online advertising technology, monetization and maximization of user value.
- Own New Business target for allocated territory, with the objective to increase market share and exceed revenue / gross profit goal.
- Effectively presents our solution to prospect clients, create proposal and close new partnerships as per playbook.
- Work with Account Managers to achieve smooth and timely transition of onboarded clients, and ensure long-term success of joint roadmap/ client KPIs.
- Collaborate with commercial & marketing teams to organize roadshows and local events across markets.
- Participate in industry events and press publications.
- Translate market feedback into product requirements and collect market intelligence to provide a feedback loop for our roadmap.
- Leverage our CRM to update sales activity and pipeline as per broader market goals.

- Number of client meetings
- Number of sold opportunities / Average Order Value
- Gross Profit quarterly achievement vs goal
We’re looking for someone who
- Has +3 years of client-facing experience, preferably in Digital Media.
- Holds a BA/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Has an excellent command of English and Greek language as a minimum.
- Is skilled at presenting, communicating and interacting with internal & external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and constantly keep up with trends and best practices.
- Has strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills required for data interpretation and decision-making.
