About Pavago
Pavago is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role focuses on achieving measurable results through strategic Google Ads management, SEO optimization, social media engagement, and data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to provide actionable insights.
Google Tag Management:
- Implement and manage tracking tags to ensure accurate marketing data capture.
- Debug and troubleshoot GTM configurations to maintain functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to deploy advanced tracking solutions.
Google Analytics:
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics properties, dashboards, and reports.
- Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Implement custom event tracking and goal configurations to support marketing strategies.
SEO Management:
- Conduct comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO audits, implementing recommendations to enhance organic visibility.
- Perform keyword research and optimize web content to improve search engine rankings.
- Track and report on organic search performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
Social Media Management Using Hootsuite:
- Schedule and manage social media content across platforms using Hootsuite.
- Monitor social media engagement and compile performance reports.
- Analyze social media data to recommend content strategy improvements.
Reporting and Insights:
- Analyze data trends and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Compile regular marketing reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with key metrics and actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts based on data analysis.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and platform updates to ensure effective strategies.
What will your typical day look like?
On a typical day, you will begin by analyzing campaign and website performance metrics, identifying trends, and drafting optimization plans. You'll work on Google Ads and SEO initiatives, fine-tuning ad copy or optimizing website content for search rankings. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage tracking setups and advanced analytics. Additionally, you will engage with social media content scheduling and audience engagement, ending the day by compiling reports on campaign effectiveness and brainstorming future improvements.
Required Skills & Experiences
Experience:
Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, and SEO.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media management tools like Hootsuite, and SEO tools.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to create, interpret, and present data-driven insights.
Writing Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication for ad copy and content creation.
