Job Title
Paid Search Specialist
Location: Dubai
Job Responsibilities
- Build and optimize always-on search engine marketing campaigns towards commercial KPIs through refining strategies, A/B testing and engineering cost efficiency
- Design and develop strategies with consideration to historical data, current market trends and regional nuances
- Report on and troubleshoot common campaign issues such as underpacing, creative/landing page rejections, non-functioning tags
- Traffic various creative formats within our ad-server to specification
- Leverage other technologies within Equiti’s mar-tech stack such as CRM and CDP (customer data platform) to improve campaign performance
- Support in maintaining technology and publisher relationships and identify new partnership opportunities
- Support reconciliation and finance processes
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Paid Search (Google Ads) technology, ad-serving and attribution
- Ability to work effectively within an integrated multi-channel (paid social, paid search, direct) team and context
- Ability to dive-deep in paid social media data sets and make informed changes to setups
- Ability to be agile in the event of changing business priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and Excel data analysis skills
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline a plus but not essential
- 2+ years' experience of buy-side campaign management either in a media agency, in-house trading desk or ad-tech company
- Demonstrable competency in using at least one enterprise grade Paid Search engine (Google Ads)
- Experience managing campaigns for financial service brands or brands in other highly regulated industries is a plus
- Experience managing Social paid campaigns (Meta) a plus
- Experience or a willingness to learn SQL is a plus
