Role Overview
The role of the Growth Manager is part of the Health Ecosystem Management (HEM) team, which drives health ecosystem management and performance together with Digital Assets, Digital Health Services, Operational Marketing teams, and other functions in the company. The Growth Manager reports to the Head of the Health Ecosystem.
As Growth Manager, you will be responsible for laying the foundation for enhancing our value proposition and identifying and driving commercial opportunities to grow the business internally and externally. Our mandate is to drive and accelerate growth for Allianz Partners Health across all stages of customer adoption, engagement, and retention, both b2b2c and b2c.
You inject expert growth strategies into our digital health ecosystem consisting of different digital platforms, channels, and (e-health) services. You continuously seek to evolve our growth practices, rapidly inventing transformative new strategies to validate, launch, and scale our health ecosystem adoption and expansion globally. Your work spans across marketing, sales, pricing, digital self-service, and the technology driving them. You strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities through a hypothesis-driven, test-and-learn approach.
As an authority within a multi-disciplinary team, you determine the optimal strategy to identify high-value business cases and drive revenue growth. You take ownership of your region's multi-channel growth strategy, incorporating sales and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Generation: Identify internal and external business opportunities for revenue generation and growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations on monetization strategies, pricing models, and market positioning to maximize revenue potential.
- Define and validate core KPIs and unit economics.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Apply this knowledge to identify new revenue streams, innovative business models, and growth opportunities for the digital health services portfolio.
- Develop Business Cases: Prioritize, lead, and develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives.
- Analyze financial projections, market potential, and ROI to support investment decisions and revenue targets.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance and revenue growth of digital products and services.
- Regularly analyze and report on metrics and customer adoption to drive improvement.
- Sales and Pricing: Ensure platform understanding by all Sales and Business Development teams and ensure quality Sales pitches (in format and content).
- You are the point of contact for our pricing and sales strategy for the services in your market.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with strategic partners and third-party vendors to explore revenue-sharing opportunities, strategic alliances, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and leverage partner networks to drive revenue growth.
- Key account management with Business partners.
- Digital delivery: You work closely with the asset- and service owners to implement and see-through the end-to-end delivery of your client and partners.
Key Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in business, market management, marketing, digital, strategy, or management consulting roles.
- You have a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration (or similar).
- You have strong business acumen to drive revenue and utilization metrics.
- You have a passion for B2B sales, driving customer adoption, bringing products to market, and scaling digital products and services.
- You are an entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company.
- You have the ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend, and take action.
- You describe yourself as curious, innovative, self-organized, pragmatic, and result-driven.

- You are familiar with the digital health space and the insurance/assistance sector, or keen to learn about it.
