ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will lead the charge on maximizing ROI through performance marketing, while actively optimizing and managing key campaigns across digital channels.
You bring a strong background in performance marketing, with clear examples of top performance, rapid optimization based on data, and consistent success in scalable customer acquisition. You’ll drive strategic campaigns across various platforms, setting the standard for performance marketing excellence and directly contribute toward pipeline and revenue goals. You’ll manage campaigns fully hands-on.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee the full-cycle management of ad campaigns across various platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Search, and run retargeting.
- You will launch, analyze and continuously optimize paid media to drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to align on the strategies, leverage customer insights to enhance messaging and targeting, and ensure leads consistently fit our ideal customer profile.
- Use performance metrics to make informed, strategic decisions and provide actionable insights that result in campaign optimization and greater ROI.
- Partner with the leadership team to shape and evolve marketing playbooks, continuously enhancing campaign effectiveness based on data and feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You demonstrated experience as a top performer in paid media, ideally with quick optimization cycles and a track record of hitting KPIs.
- You have strong hands-on experience with either of the following: LinkedIn, Google Search, and Meta, managing a $100k+/month budget effectively to deliver a high ROI within a short payback period.
- You have experience analyzing campaign data, making informed decisions, and optimizing based on performance insights.
- You are eager to ask questions, demonstrate curiosity, and continuously push boundaries to drive marketing effectiveness.
