The Opportunity
We're seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead a skilled team of Creative Strategists, Designers, Video Editors, and Growth Marketers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about eCommerce growth and wants to be part of building something exceptional. The right candidate will have the opportunity to shape strategy across major DTC brands while also contributing to internal brand development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Drive paid media strategy and execution across the client portfolio
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of creative and marketing professionals
- Develop and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Partner with clients to align marketing initiatives with their financial and growth objectives
Media & Creative Direction
- Oversee paid social and search campaigns, with emphasis on Meta and TikTok
- Guide creative strategy to ensure alignment with performance goals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key financial metrics
- Develop scalable frameworks for profitable customer acquisition
Business Growth
- Collaborate on financial strategy for both client brands and internal ventures
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across the partner portfolio
- Contribute to the agency's long-term vision and growth initiatives
- Participate in strategic planning for internal eCommerce brands
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in paid social and search advertising
- Proven track record in leading growth for DTC eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of eCommerce financial metrics and their relationship to marketing strategy
- Previous experience in a Head of Growth or similar leadership role
- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok advertising platforms
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

- Google Ads expertise
- Experience with creative direction and strategy
- Background in scaling 7-9 figure eCommerce brands

What We Offer
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 CAD
