The Opportunity
We're seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their expanding team. This role offers a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to eventually build and manage your own team of media buyers. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Execute and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns
- Monitor and manage performance across 20+ active campaigns
- Create detailed weekly performance reports
- Design display ad creatives using Canva as needed
Strategy & Optimization
- Implement strategic plans provided by the Managing Director
- Identify opportunities for campaign improvement
- Focus on enhancing lead quality and campaign results
- Participate in weekly strategy alignment calls
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Experience with Slack for team collaboration
- Excellent English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopping and Performance Max campaigns
- Ability to implement tracking (WordPress, Shopify, GoHighLevel)
- Knowledge of Looker Studio and GoHighLevel
- Creative skills in Canva
What We Offer
- Base annual salary: £10,000 - £14,000
- Flexible working hours (choose between 7 AM - 3 PM or 11 AM - 7 PM UK time)
