About The Role
CaaStle is adding a new Search Marketing Manager to our Marketing Team.
This role reports to the Associate Director of Paid Marketing and primary responsibilities will center around day-to-day management and execution of an integrated Paid and Organic Search strategy for CaaStle’s ecommerce clients.
This role will also have exposure to Paid Social, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing.
You’ll be a part of an innovative, collaborative, data-obsessed marketing team, focused on driving customer acquisition for a variety of CaaStle’s clients.

What You'll Do
- Manage an integrated search strategy to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions across paid (PPC) and organic (SEO) channels for CaaStle’s ecommerce clients.
- Conduct keyword research and ensure organic strategies are in sync with paid efforts to maximize reach and minimize competition between channels.
- Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to optimize product listings, category pages, and other content for SEO.
- Regularly report on key metrics and analyze performance for insights to inform future strategies.
- Effectively identify and articulate key learnings for primary stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to scale and drive effectiveness of search marketing performance through continuous testing and optimization.
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines as needed.
- Work with the Associate Director in designing workflows and processes to build a scalable system of managing marketing programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors’ strategies to identify new opportunities and adjust our search strategy as needed.
- Keep up to date with Google algorithm changes, new advertising features, SEO best practices, and paid search developments to refine our approach continuously.
We'd Love For You To Have
- Three to five plus years of experience in Search Marketing, specializing in Paid or Organic or both, at an agency or ecommerce brand.
- BA/BS degree required. Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets and Excel required.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console is a plus, as is experience in product feed management and optimization.
- Ability to form cross-functional relationships and be a team player.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with Creative, Product and Ops teams.
- Experience with Paid Social (Facebook, TikTok), Affiliate or Influencer marketing is a plus.
- Successful track record developing digital marketing plans including execution, measurement and delivery to drive engagement and conversion.
- A passion for optimizing the funnel: diving deep into data analysis and identifying ways to increase conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
- Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multivariate tests.
- Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional skill with data analysis and data manipulation.
Pay Range
$85,000 - $95,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
