About the Role
Believes in the power of words, good at using them to make the target audience feel positive about a brand or product, thus stimulating their desire to buy. Understand the effective combination of copywriting and pictures, and work with designers to create creative works that meet Ogilvy's standards.
What You’ll Do
- Client Management
- Communicate with both account colleagues and clients to gain a better understanding of client needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.
- Strategy
- Maintain a good working relationship with planners, and contribute creative ideas in developing communication strategies.
- Creative Leadership
- Has the ability to accurately understand creative briefings, and work with designers creatively in keeping with communication strategies.
- Responsible for the textual content of all productions based on the creative plan determined by the team.
- Familiar with project processes, collaborate perfectly with both internal and external teams, and promote the smooth progress of the work.
- Maintain a strong intellectual curiosity, learn about emerging media and technology, and keep our ideas up to date.
- Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
- Leadership & People Management
- Set an example protecting Ogilvy’s
- Stay motivated and constantly improve professional skills in creating work.
- Stay positive, regardless of success or failure.
- Be inspiring, encouraging and friendly to others, always work hard to make positive progress.
