OverviewThe Supervisor role will report into the Associate Director position and will be a part of the Performance Video Investment Team. This team works collectively to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of and a pulse on the media landscape, make smart investments with media partners, mutually favorable terms, and plan and execute client media buys that best deliver on their business and marketing objectives.

ResponsibilitiesABOUT THE ROLE
The expectations for this role fall into 3 key categories:
1. Developing Teams & Talent
- Oversee and supporting training efforts of Negotiators and Associates and they are progressing in their roles.
- Reviews and supports goals of Negotiators.
2. Delivering on Our Value Proposition
- Develops and maintains strong partner relationships and contributes to communicating client needs to partnerships team.
- Own negotiations for assigned clients and campaigns.
- Lead holding vendors accountable to APEX standards.
- First point of escalation for campaign issues with partner.
- Identify new opportunities and partnerships that support overall client needs.
- Establish partner relationships across industry.
- Oversee day-to-day team negotiations.
- Supervise decisions across team to shift media.
3. Managing Business & Operations
- Understands both Strategy and Activation and can manage across on a high level
- Oversee campaign lifecycle ensuring a smooth, error-free process and service on key accounts.
- Last Touch QA for Negotiators.
- Understands end to end billing process and manages timely reconciliation and approvals for team.
- Owns full process for high level account(s).
- Contribute to discrepancy resolution for assigned clients and campaigns.
- Ensure Salesforce is accurate and up-to-date for all opportunities for accounts with oversight.
- Oversee usage of tools and team input to ensure data accuracy for reporting, etc.
QualificationsTECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS
We value diversity of thought and experiences at APEX! If you learned about media from the sales or agency side, that’s great but we do need folks with basic level of understanding of how media investment works.
- 4+ years of experience with Basic knowledge of media is critical for success in this role
- Diverse backgrounds and experience are welcome including Agency Planning/Investment, Media Sales, Consulting and/or Media Client Side
- Strong media financial acumen is mandatory
- Basic understanding of the media landscape

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
