OverviewAs a video creator, you’ll be a key player in our production unit, working hand in hand with our creative team(s) to help elevate and bring to life engaging social video concepts. You are fluent in the social media game and know all the latest trends when it comes to ‘aesthetics’ and how to make content resonate with younger audiences. You know what works on socials and how to translate this into cool videos. When you're sent out with a dope creative idea, you come back with something even cooler. You know how to apply those awesome techniques that really make the difference.
Your knowledge of the latest features on smartphones sets you apart from other video creators. Your interest in this area keeps you consistently ahead of the game.
Your content is snappy, funny, and unique. You give it your own flair. You can work independently from A to Z and have a "just go for it" mentality. The person we’re looking for doesn't need to have tons of experience, it is you who’s passionate, loves to push creative boundaries and has a knack for injecting a healthy dose of playfulness into your work. That's what makes you stand out of the rest.
ResponsibilitiesWhat will you be doing:
- Conceptualize on how to produce engaging (short-form) video content for global brands on platforms such as TikTok, Reels, Snapchat, and YouTube Shorts;
- Implementing the latest platform features, video styles, and creator trends to produce the sickest content for our clients;
- Constantly developing your design, camera, and editing skills using standard industry software and tools;
- Running your own quick and snappy production shoots from a-z (create, produce, edit, deliver).
QualificationsQualifications:
- You have a true hunger for all things social, with a deep interest in new platforms and technological innovation across the social media landscape;
- You consume (and create) content daily for short-form video platforms (create, shoot and edit);
- You know how to translate creative ideas into quick/agile productions;
- You know how to work with the latest camera devices (iPhone 15, Sony Fx3 or similar);
- You know how to create your ideal setting in terms of lighting, decor, props etc.;
- You are proficient with one or multiple Adobe Creative Suite programs and/or other creative editing applications;
- You thrive under pressure, are consistently punctual and adept at finding effective solutions;
- You love to work out projects on your own or with a small team;
- You are responsible and proactive;
- You are creative and collaborative;
- You are able to follow a certain structure, without losing your creative flow.
