About The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our New York Digital team. The AE, Paid Media is responsible for driving paid execution, optimization, and reporting with a strong focus on paid social. Other responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, presenting concepts and helping to develop proposals and POVs on digital trends and mining strategic work and data.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns with fluid budget and aggressive back-end goals.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace.
- Share responsibility reporting and help drive forward-thinking strategy.
- Understand social content strategy and ability to provide recommendations to ensure content resonates with target audiences.
- Understand nuances between various display and programmatic partners, can determine optimal partner/strategy for client goals, and negotiate rates.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of paid media / digital experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for detail and collaborating with team members to execute and follow through.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience buying programmatic display is a plus.
- Experience in SEM/PPC is a plus.
- Experience working with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience working with healthcare brands (external/internal) is a plus.
- Possess an understanding of performance metrics and the ability to spot trends.
- Strong organization, managing time effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously and a bulldog mentality.
- Strong grasp of paid media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, Tik Tok and Snapchat.
- Strong problem solver.
Salary
$50,000 - $68,000 a year. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
