Position Overview
The Digital Media Manager is responsible for supervising the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of DTC and WHS digital marketing campaigns for the EMEA region, particularly for owned boutiques (RLS, PRO, Partner Retail), as well as Wholesale campaigns.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Digital Media Lead proactively on DTC and WHS digital media strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, brand value growth, and DTC conversions.
- Plan and manage Paid Social, Video, and Display campaigns, define performance KPIs and benchmarking by working jointly with the agency and partners.
- Manage digital media budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Responsible for financial tracking, delivery, and purchase orders for managed campaigns.
- Manage daily paid media campaign operations and regularly monitor campaign performance using dashboards and Adobe analytics.
- Establish roadmaps for A/B testing and innovation, in close collaboration with the agency and partners.
- Closely cooperate with the DTC Digital Media & Content Manager to ensure campaigns are aligned in terms of message and brand guidelines and creative strategies.
- Analyze campaign data, interpret trends, and provide actionable insights to enable continuous improvement and discover growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and internal evaluations.
- Coach a team of 2 people and foster their development to continue growing the team.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Passionate about the world of fashion and luxury, expert in using Adobe Analytics, TikTok, Pinterest, and Amazon.
- Possesses excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of attribution models and relevant technology will make you an asset to the team.
- At least 3 years of experience in agency (digital media planning & buying) is appreciated.
- Mastery of English is essential for the position.
