Paid Media Manager (Permanent)

About the Role
We're searching for a dynamic Paid Media Manager to join our UK team on a permanent basis. The primary purpose of this role is to manage digital paid media activities from set up to full campaign management, optimisation and reporting (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and more).
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with brand strategy, creative and brand teams to deliver best-in-class performance and paid media campaigns
- Build campaign plans and media guidance that identify platforms and audiences that align with client briefs, allocate budgets in line with these and deliver against client objectives
- Perform in a client-facing role, delivering plans, trends and results in a clear and insightful manner
- Be responsible for end-to-end process of campaign delivery from set-up to full campaign management, optimisations, reporting in addition to the insights and actions that progress campaigns
- Lead marketing automation efforts to run campaigns efficiently and improve ROI using AI where relevant
- Conceptualise structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance
- Ensure all media plans uphold global media standards, creating effective media plans without sacrificing the creative
- Create frameworks for keywords, targeting, ad copy, visual assets and other variables to improve campaign performance
- Work with client web teams in setting up and implementing campaign tracking solutions
- Make regular recommendations based on best practices, trends, and performance
- Create paid media measurement frameworks, benchmarks and KPIs
- Assist in utilising marketing technologies to create dashboards, analyse performance reports, and identify learnings
- Stay up to date with latest industry innovations and ad technology
- Support ad hoc marketing projects
- Act as an ambassador for data and performance across the group
- Attend sustainability training relevant to the role
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in paid social (Facebook & Instagram a must, additional platforms preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics preferred
- Confident at creating client presentations
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
- Collaborative team player, open-minded
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Self-starter and proactive in channel growing and meeting targets/KPIs
- Solid understanding of digital marketing landscape
- Self-motivated with tenacity and resilience
- Prioritizes environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability
