Performance Marketing Manager

We are building a best-in-class Performance Marketing function, and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager (B2B). You'll be is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing PPC, display and programmatic marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, trade acquisition, and revenue growth. The focus will be on using data-driven strategies to increase the performance of our biddable channels and maximize trade acquisition and ROI.
Location: Kings Cross, London. Hybrid working applies with 3 days in the office minimum.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you'll spearhead lead generation initiatives, focusing on capturing high-quality leads and optimising landing pages, forms, and user experiences to boost conversion rates. Collaborating with content, design, sales and trade growth teams, you’ll create compelling marketing assets, from ad copy to visuals as well as progressing towards targets. You will leverage tools like SA360 to optimise campaigns, making daily adjustments to ensure maximum performance.
A key part of your role will be to track, measure, and analyse digital campaign performance, providing weekly reports and insights on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on ad spend. Effective communication of campaign performance and actionable insights to stakeholders will be essential, along with providing recommendations for continuous improvement. What do you need to succeed?
- Strong experience of B2B performance marketing in a fast-paced, high-growth, B2B setting.
- Proficiency in tools like AdWords, SA360, and campaign management platforms is essential.
- Managed paid media channels, focusing on improving metrics throughout the sales funnel.
- You bring expertise in optimisation techniques and testing frameworks that deliver results from day one.
- While PPC is your strength, you are familiar with how paid, direct, and organic channels work together to drive success.
- Strong analytical skills, are data-driven, and can turn complex insights into clear actions.
- Enjoy running and optimising campaigns, staying focused on achieving KPIs.
- Organised and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and agile business environment.
- Balance immediate delivery with a long-term vision for developing performance marketing strategies.
- Clearly articulate your impact on past businesses, providing examples of how you’ve driven growth through performance marketing.
