About The Role
Roo is on a mission to revolutionize veterinary recruitment and care. We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Coordinator, Growth Marketing to join our dynamic Vet Recruitment team.
This role is a critical part of Roo’s marketing strategy, combining creativity, organizational skills, and data-driven insights to support growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Your Responsibilities
Generalist Marketing
- Develop and manage Roo’s social media calendar, ensuring posts align with the brand's tone and objectives.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of swag and gift card redemptions, including managing budgets and tracking expenses.
Program Support
- Oversee Roo’s Affiliate, Referral, and Influencer programs by managing coordination, optimizing processes and engagement, and creating regular performance reports.
- Build and nurture relationships with program participants, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and implement strategic adjustments to maximize results.
Growth Campaigns
- Collaborate with the Vet Recruitment Squad to ideate, document, and project-manage innovative growth marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and measurable results.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with Roo’s broader business goals and brand identity.
About You
- Experience: 4+ years in a marketing role, preferably with experience in social media management, affiliate/influencer programs, and growth campaign coordination and reporting.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience with digital marketing, including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and general quantitative analysis skills to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Skills: Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and affiliate program software is a plus.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns and program initiatives.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed to support the team.
- Passion: Excitement for making an impact in the veterinary care space and supporting Roo’s mission.
Compensation
Since we're a remote first company, compensation ranges are based on where you live. Please see below for examples of compensation ranges based on some state averages.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- California pay range: $80,000 USD - $112,000 USD
- New York pay range: $80,000 USD - $112,000 USD
- Washington pay range: $72,000 USD - $100,000 USD
- Colorado pay range: $68,000 USD - $95,000 USD
- Texas pay range: $68,000 USD - $95,000 USD
- North Carolina pay range: $65,000 USD - $90,000 USD
