Position Summary
We seek a talented Digital Media Manager to develop strategy, manage execution and deliver insights for our digital marketing programs. Reporting to the Head of Agency Operations, this person is responsible for supporting digital marketing programs for our Entertainment, Agency and Local Events group by working across multiple media platforms, including Meta, Google, Snap and others to manage biddable media programs that deliver to the campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for crafting compelling marketing plans and is able to work across numerous groups at Loud And Live to grow our brand.
Essential Areas Of Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media plans across various channels, including social media and other biddable media platforms (programmatic display, search, OTT/CTV, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth analysis and market research to identify trends, audience demographic and media consumption habits and emerging media channels.
- Guide the creative and content teams to high-quality content that that aligned with best-practice recommendations for each platform, optimally resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging.
- Manage and optimize biddable media campaigns to stay on budget, maximize ROI and achieve the stated campaign goals.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital media trends, channels and technologies and educate client and internal teams to evolve media strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, content, and client service/tour management/event management, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide insightful reporting on campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills And Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desireable.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media management in an agency or brand-side environment.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective digital media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, as well as other programmatic and biddable media.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications from common digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google/Google Analytics, TikTok, etc.
- Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including, but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing digital landscape.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Passion for the entertainment industry and multicultural marketing.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
