Job Description
Analyze digital paid marketing data and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Create, manage, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive results on key digital channels.
Assist in managing and optimizing the paid ads budget to ensure optimal allocation across channels and marketing funnels.
Identify new growth opportunities through innovative channels or campaigns to support top-line revenue growth.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors, including overseeing project briefs, negotiations, timelines, and successful delivery.
Generate creative ideas and strategies for new digital advertising campaigns.
Collaborate on ad concepts and write compelling copy for paid advertising campaigns.
Design and conduct experiments to test and optimize paid advertising performance.
Provide support to stakeholders on all matters related to paid advertising.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Marketing, SEM, or PPC.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and stay updated on digital marketing trends.
- Experienced in tech companies, such as e-commerce and financial technology companies will be a plus.
